Greek Chicken Meat Balls

  • baseball sized ball of ground chicken or turkey
  • one clove of garlic
  • one green onion
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tbsp of olive oil

Preheat your oven to 375. Mix all ingredients, but only half of the olive oil, together in a bowl. Line a baking sheet with some parchment paper, drizzle the rest of the olive oil on top. Make the meat balls about the same size as golf balls. Bake for 25 minutes and serve with a pita, some veggies, and yogurt as a dip.
